Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in ca. 19th-century vellum over boards. The armorial super-ex-libris of Charles Rugge Price is present on both covers and his armorial bookplate is present on the front pastedown. The spine is panelled and tooled in gilt with a black leather label. The autograph of Edward Tiles, dated 6 October, 1868 is present on the front flyleaf recto. The embossed stamp and the perforation stamp of the Library are present on the title page. In this copy, the two blank leaves (a1 and 2Q4) are wanting
